Written with friend and singing waitress Ellie, when Mish was living in London in 1997-2000 after backpacking with friends through Spain and Morocco, running out of money and landing a job as a singing waitress at The Naked Turtle Restaurant in SW London. It was a big big city to a girl from the Northern Beaches of Sydney. This is a song of hope that conveys that even if the world seems dark, cold and uncaring behind clouds of fear and doubt, there is always the shining light of the sun.
