Be Yourself is all about the big lessons that Mish had to learn when she was turning 40. Having been a songwriter for over a decade then, she also wanted to put the affirmations of her journey to loving herself 100% into a catchy melody for others to sing. The words to this song came to her when Mish was working as a disability support worker, spending time on a sunny day with a client in the Park, near Lismore Transit Centre. Every time Mish see's that particular client, she starts to sing 'Be Yourself.'
